Flickr favorites - travelling


Summer, holiday, travel - they go together like horses and carriages. (By the way talk about carrigies, did you know that the word coach comaes from the Hungarian word "kocsi"? Well, I know, I am pretty predictable for finding a Hungarian everywhere, haha)

So, the question is, what are your plans for this summer, where do you travel next time and which place would you really visit before you die?

    I don't think I'll be going anywhere this year :( maybe a day at the seaside. And I'd love to go back to the US (still so many places to visit) and I want to go to Australia, Japan, New Zealand. In Europe I would also like to visit Saint Petersbugh, spend more time in the UK, and Italy...well I would like to go everywhere really... LOL

    1. Hopefully - depends on work and money - I will go to South Italy to see volcanoes and Naples and Sicily :-)

    2. My big dream is a cross-America tour...anyone is comeing with me?

    My next plan is Ireland, just almost 2 weeks, but never been there before so I'm quite excited! ^^

    We always have last minute plans so I can only tell you last minute! I used to travel a lot but now I kind of like home too! :)

    Chilling on Crete is what I have in mind.

    Hope to live for four months on Curacao, somethere in the future...

    And I feel very at home in the tropical settings of the Caribbean... 'oh, island in the sea'...

    Hmm, it can be that we'll be spending time at home (there's also some renovating work to be done here). But a short trekking vacation wouldn't hurt me... here in Finland.

    Your flickr picks make me want to try canoeing this summer:)
